Mashreq Graduate Employment Program
Fresh or recently graduated UAE nationals who hold a higher diploma or a Bachelors degree are recruited in batches with a specific target position in mind. Selected candidates receive a mix of on the job, class room and manager led training that fast tracks their organizational development within a period of 12 to 18 months. Each graduate can expect an individual development plan that ensures a well defined road map to achieve the desired competencies to help deliver on the job.
Fast Track Branch Manager
This is a unique development program that prepares qualified and experienced UAE nationals for the role of branch manager in a compact six to 9 months development program that aims at developing the employees’ technical and personal skills. This program is announced through internal and external communication and targets UAE nationals who have relevant banking experience at an assistant manager level.
Work Placement/ Summer Internship Program
In keeping with our strong relationship with Higher Colleges of Technology / Zayed University and other academic institutions, the bank provides on job internship program for UAE national students towards completion of their academic requirement.
We also offer a summer work internship program that offers paid learning opportunities to these students during their summer holidays. Successful participants will receive a certificate of completion and would be considered strong candidates for open positions after their graduation
Part Time Employment
Our part time employment program has been created to provide UAE national students and others an opportunity to work four hours a day and gain valuable on the job experience, while meeting their academic commitments. Positions available under this program are announced on a regular basis.
